Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

1. How To Reach Us

All purchase disputes and refund requests go to sgijalabcommunication@gmail.com with your order reference. We acknowledge every dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 7 business days.

2. Refund Policy

Purchases on Sgija Lab are licensed digital goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paystack when any of the following occurs:

• The purchased track fails to download, is corrupted, or is materially different from what was previewed at purchase.
• You were charged but the track never appeared in your library.
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same track.
• An unauthorized transaction on your account, reported to us promptly.

When a refund is issued, the license for that track terminates and access to the download is revoked. Previews and streams remain available. Refund abuse (repeat purchases with refund demands without technical fault) can result in account suspension.

3. Chargebacks

We cooperate fully with Paystack's dispute process and provide purchase records, download logs, and watermark evidence when a chargeback is contested. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly.

4. Copyright & Rights Disputes

Rights-holders who believe a track infringes their copyright can file via our DMCA process. On a credible claim the track is pulled from sale immediately, sales proceeds for the affected track are frozen in the artist's ledger, and payouts are held until the claim is resolved. Counter-notice procedures apply.

5. Piracy & Leak Reports

Purchased files are individually watermarked. If a Sgija Lab exclusive surfaces in an unauthorized channel, send us the file or link — we trace the source and act against the responsible account as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Artist-Side Disputes

Artists can dispute a payout figure by referencing their transaction ledger. Every sale is recorded per-buyer with its 85% artist share; disputed amounts are held in the pending balance until reconciled.
